The Power of Small Reminders: How I Use Manifestation Papers in My Daily Life

There are so many things we want in life. Not just the big, obvious dreams—but the quiet ones too. The ones that sit in the background of our hearts…
“I want to build something meaningful.”
“I want to feel more present with my family.”
“I want to bake homemade bread.”
“I want to grow into the woman I know I can be.”
But somewhere between the dishes, the errands, the responsibilities, and taking care of everyone else…those desires can slowly fade into the background.
Not because they don’t matter—but because life gets busy.

What I Started Doing Differently
I started creating small manifestation papers.
Nothing complicated.
No perfect system.
Just simple pieces of paper where I write down the things I truly want to focus on—and turn them into something I can actually see every day. Then I place them somewhere I can’t ignore—right next to my desk. Where I work. Where I build. Where I think.
How I Make Mine (Using ChatGPT)
This is honestly my favorite part—because it’s so easy, and it makes everything feel a little more intentional and beautiful. I go into ChatGPT and simply tell it what I want.
For example, I might type something like:
I want more quality time with my husband
I want to read more to my kids
I want to create 5 Pinterest pins a week
I want my content to reach more people
I want to cook more at home
That’s it. Just real, honest intentions. Then I ask ChatGPT to turn it into a cute visual or aesthetic image. If I want to elevate it, I’ll add something like:
“Make it look soft and feminine with butterflies and flowers bordering the image.”
OR
“Use a pastel, watercolor style with a gentle, cozy feel.”
ChatGPT will generate something beautiful based on that. From there, I simply:
Download the image
Resize it small (so it feels like a little note to myself)
Print it out
Pin it right next to my desk
It becomes something I see without even trying.
Why This Changed Everything for Me
There’s something powerful about seeing your intentions every single day.
Not scrolling past them.
Not burying them in a journal.
Not saving them “for later.”
But actually living beside them.
For me, this has been especially important while building my Blooming website and business.
Because let’s be honest—building something meaningful takes time. It’s easy to get distracted. It’s easy to doubt. It’s easy to put it off for “tomorrow.” But when I look over and see my reminders…
Stay focused
You are building something beautiful
This matters
…it gently brings me back.
Again and again.
It’s Not Just About Big Dreams
What surprised me the most is how this practice doesn’t just support my business goals—it supports me. Even small desires deserve space.
Like wanting to:
Make homemade bread
Create more intentional routines
Slow down and enjoy motherhood
Take care of myself, too
These are the things that often get pushed aside first. But when I write them down and keep them visible…they become part of my daily awareness. And slowly, I start making choices that align with them.
When It Feels Hard to Stay Consistent
Like anything intentional, this practice can feel easy at first… and then life happens.
There are days when the house feels loud, the to-do list feels endless, and even something as simple as creating a small reminder can feel like “one more thing.”
You might think:
“I don’t have time for this today.”
“I’ll do it later.”
“I already know what I want—do I really need to write it down?”
And I’ve felt that too. But here’s what I’ve learned—this doesn’t have to be another task on your list. It’s not something to do perfectly or consistently every single day. It’s something to return to.
Even if it’s just once in a while.
Even if it’s messy.
Even if it’s one small note.
Because the power isn’t in how often you do it—it’s in the moments it gently brings you back to yourself.
Making It Work in Real Life
If you’re feeling like you don’t have time, try making it as simple as possible:
Create just one small paper instead of a full set
Reuse the same note for a while instead of making new ones
Save a design and reprint it when you need a reset
Or even keep it digital on your phone if printing feels like too much
This practice is meant to support your life—not add pressure to it.
A Gentle Reminder
You don’t need a perfect routine to stay aligned. You don’t need to “do more” to be growing. Sometimes, all it takes is one quiet reminder…placed where you can see it…at just the right moment. And that’s enough.
Try It With Me
If you feel like you’ve been losing sight of the things you want for yourself, try this:
Open ChatGPT
Type out a few things you truly want to focus on
Ask it to turn it into a soft, aesthetic image
Add details like flowers, butterflies, or your favorite colors
Print it small and place it somewhere visible
That’s it.
Let it be simple.
Let it be gentle.
Let it grow with you.
